As you try to walk out through the city gates, two city guards block your way.
"Oi! Where do you think you're going?" one of them says, "You haven't paid the exit tax yet!"
He looks at you again and continues, "But maybe we can exempt you from the tax, if you can answer one question for us..."
The guards smile.
"Correct!" the first guard exclaims.
"Forget about the tax this time," the second guard says, "In fact, forget about it completely. Take this medal: as long as you have it you are exempt from all taxes here."
